Manitowoc's Dare to Dream Theater will present "Waiting for Balloon," a highly interactive multi-sensory performance for very young children and their grownups. Two identical performances at 9:30 and 11 a.m.
Free tickets are required and will be given out at 9 a.m. for the 9:30 a.m. program, and 10 a.m. for the 11 a.m. program, on the third floor, while supplies last.
