In the Weeds Book Club is brought to you by Sheboygan Active Transportation in collaboration with Paradigm Coffee & Music and Mead Library.

This is a book club that is meant to get “into the weeds” on topics of interest to our communit

Enjoy a matinee movie each Monday in Mead's fabulous Rocca Room. Here is the Spring lineup:

Get a head start on the growing season! Learn how to select the best seeds, seed starting, germination techniques, direct sowing, planting seeds, transplanting, and basic maintenance techniques.

Join retired librarian Kim on third Mondays to discuss a different fiction book each month. Reserve copies are available at the first floor desk a month in advance of meetings.

Learn the basics of 3D printing in this 2-part hands-on workshop.  

Students will learn the Bambu Labs slicing software and how to 3D print using our Bambu P1S 3D printers. Class size is limited.

Crafters of all kinds (e.g. paper, collage, fiber, jewelry, etc.) can meet up for crafting and conversation. BRING YOUR OWN project or work on a project we've created.

All skill levels are welcome. Share ideas and inspiration.

Join us third Thursdays each month at Urbane for a book club-like discussion of a film. This is the perfect discussion group for people who want to join in the fun but may not have enough time to read an entire book.

Join the Moonlight & Murder book group for mystery book discussions. Meetings are every month at Umi Sushi & Steak House. Food and beverage purchases are at your discretion.

Bring your own tote, shirt, jeans, tea towel, fabric, etc. to decorate, or decorate a tote or patch we provide.

The meeting will be hosted by Mead Librarian, Kelly.

A different project every month for all ages. We will provide the supplies, but feel free to supplement with your own supplies. Sometimes the projects can be messy- dress accordingly. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
