Mead Comic Con Cosplay Parade

We're kicking off Mead Comic Con with a cosplay parade!

Show off your best costuming skills, no matter your fandom. Whether you're into anime, video games, manga, RPGs, DC or Marvel, the Imperial Legion or the Rebel Alliance, all are welcome. The parade route will run from the staging area in the parking lot behind Freaktoyz (orange box in the map below), up through Fountain Park, and back to the Mead Public Library where the parade participants will help us launch our Free Comic Book Day festivities.

This parade is not a street-closure event and traffic will not be stopped for the parade, so we will be using the sidewalks and honoring all traffic laws. All participants are responsible for their own behavior, and are expected to be respectful of each other and the general public at all times.

Please remember that this is an all-ages event and plan your costume accordingly. On the date of the parade, arrive at the staging area between 9:00-9:15am to allow plenty of time to organize.

In the event of rain, we will stage and "parade" through the Mead Public Library.
