Nonfiction Book Discussion Group - With Leighanne Metter-Jensen, language arts teacher and Mead volunteer, second Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m.
Feb. 9: "Being Mortal" by Atul Gawande
Mar. 8: "Enrique's Journey" by Sonia Nazario
Apr. 12: "The Mushroom Hunters" by Langdon Cook
May 10: "Born to Run" by Christopher McDougall

All programs will be held in The Loft (third floor). Library copies of the books may be obtained at the second floor Help Desk one month before the discussion, or by using the EasiCat catalog, or participants may purchase their own copies. No registration is required. Persons with disabilities who need accommodations to attend should e-mail to: meadweb@meadpl.org. Seven days are required for a sign language interpreter request. Mead book discussion groups are free, funded by the Friends of Mead Public Library.
