Purpose of Meeting
We wish to hold a hearing that is open to the public for comment on these three administrative rules dealing with retail food, manufactured food, as well as meat and meat food products. The rules are ATCP 55, Meat and Meat Food Products; ATCP 70, Processing Plants (manufactured and wholesaled foods); and ATCP 75, Reatail Food, and the Annexs, The Wisconsin Food Code.
