Spanish-English Conversation Groups For Adults and Teens
Improve your language skills! Learn more about another culture, other people and yourself!
Thursdays, 6-7 p.m. September 10 & 24, October 8 & 22, November 12 and December 10 of 2015; January 14 & 28, February 11 & 25, March 10 & 24, April 14 & 28, May 12 & 26 of 2016 in the Rocca Meeting Room at Mead Public Library

One different activity will be provided during each session. Improve your fluency in either language by participating and conversing in both English and Spanish. A facilitator fluent in both languages will be available to guide you.

Come join the activities: Scrabble; Apples to Apples; Bananagrams; Catchphrase; Pictionary; Taboo; Scattergories; hangman, crossword puzzles and word jumbles; memory games; jigsaw puzzles; discussions of youtube videos, articles or books; neighborhood walks; art projects and sing-alongs.

No fees, no registration! Just show up and free your inner Spanish-English speaker!

Participants may have any level of fluency, but must have some ability to speak in their second language. These sessions are not intended to be for instruction or tutoring.

Una actividad diferente será proporcionada durante cada clase. Mejora tu fluidez en el idioma al participar y conversar en Inglés y Español. Un facilitador con fluidez en ambos idiomas estará disponible para guiarte.

Tendremos actividades como: Scrabble, Manzanas con manzanas, Bananagrams, Catchphrase, Pictionary; Taboo, Scattergories; ahorcado, crucigramas, juegos de memoria, rompecabezas, discusiones de  vídeos de YouTube, artículos o libros, paseos por las calles de Sheboygan, proyectos de arte y karaoke.

Sin costo, sin necesidad de registrarse! Sólo tienes que venir con ganas de participar!

Puedes tener cualquier nivel de fluidez, pero debes tener alguna habilidad para hablar en tu segundo idioma. Estas sesiones no están destinadas a ser lecturas o tutorías.
