Join staff of the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters and members of the Mead Public Library Foundation as they welcome speaker Dee Hall with a reception from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the library Loft. All are welcome! (Ms. Hall, cofounder and managing editor of the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism, will discuss the center's investigative series examining the state of Wisconsin's democracy in an era if gerrymandering, secret campaign money, restrictive voting lasw and legislative maneuvers that weaken the power of regular citizens to influence government. She will speak directly after the reception, at 7:00 p.m. in the Rocca Meeting Room.)
