Ready for some epic reads? This book club will look at famous epics, literary classics, and great works across cultures. Tales of adventure, drama, comedy, and humanity - there's a reason these stories are still being read today!
We will meet the final Sunday of each month in Jerry Black's Cafe on the first floor of Mead Public Library:
December - No Meeting - Happy Holidays!
January 27 - The Ramayana: A Shortened Modern Prose Version by Valmiki, trans. R.K. Narayan
February 24 - Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky, trans. Jessie Coulson
Note that there will be no meeting in December. Book copies may be picked up at Mead Library's second floor reference desk.
