Temporary Changes to Outdoor Book Drop & 24/7 Holds Pickup

The outdoor book returns will closed for about 2 weeks starting Wednesday, Nov. 5, due to roof work at the library. In the meantime, please use the temporary outdoor book drop, which is set up along the walkway leading to the building.*

The 24/7 Holds Pickup will remain open but users will have to park in the lot and walk to the pickup kiosk.

*Please note that the temporary book drop will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Saturday until 9 a.m., Monday.

Event Details

Join the Friends of Mead Library for their annual meeting. All Friends members invited. Light refreshments will be served. The following will take place: 

  • Come hear a recap of the 2021 year and find out what we have planned for our 50th anniversary in 2022.
  • Enjoy a mini ukulele lesson with Mead instructor Lil’ Rev. 
  • Proposed board members will be presented and voted on.
  • A special ceremony will take place to recognize several past board members and their service to the Friends.
  • All dues are payable in January per the By-Laws approved at the 2020 Annual Meeting. Payments can be made to:
