Event Details

Now that we are establishing the Sheboygan County Chapter of the League of Women Voters, it's time to VOTE on some very important items:

-Slate of Officers
-Bylaws
-Nonpartisanship Policy
-Decide on 2-3 Main Goals for the 2017/2018 year

In order to VOTE on June 8th, one needs to be a member of LWV. If you are not already a member, you may access our membership form here:http://bit.ly/2pwddpS 

  • You are welcome to mail the form and payment to our treasurer, Luan Burton prior to the meeting on June 8th, or you can bring your completed membership form to the meeting. If you choose to mail the membership form to Luan Burton, please add “Attention to Luan Burton” above the address on the envelope.
  • You may also arrive to the June meeting as early as 5:30 pm to register on-site and be eligible to vote at the meeting.

*Special note about Membership options: The dues for State and National LWV is a combined $62 annual fee. The leadership circle that wants to form a LWV chapter felt that this might be too costly for some of our interested citizens. It is the goal of the Sheboygan Chapter to have as many members as possible. We do not want membership fees to limit our members. So please choose the membership fee that makes the most sense for you. We plan to fundraise additional money to cover the full memberships of our interested members.
