Event Details

Gentle Yoga Fundamentals class offered weekly to restore strength, flexibility and peace to your life.  Practice gentle poses, breathing methods, meditation and other fundamental yoga skills in this free, five-week class for all physical abilities, with yoga instructor Katherine DeShazer.  Attend one, some, or all classes.  Mats provided.  Please bring two blankets of light material, twin or lap size.  Attend one, some, or all classes.  Registration required for each individual class and will open for all five classes beginning on June 18th.
